Verksgata 12

Sea Story by Frogner House Apartments is located in Verksgata 12. We have 13 exclusive apartments with elegant interior and fine details. The building is located in a peaceful area of the city. Good shopping opportunities are just a few minutes away and the ferry towards the famous Preikestolen is just up the street. On the other side of the street, you will find one of Norway’s most famous meat and sausage companies called A. Idsøe and the cosy cafe Kanelsnurren(The Cinnamon Roll).

These apartments are equipped with kitchens, a stove, refrigerator, and freezer. Dining table with chairs, seating group with sofa and/or lounge chair, cable TV, Wi-Fi, and a bathroom with a shower. There is access to a washer and dryer on every floor.

8 of the 13 apartments in Verksgata 12 have an ocean view (2 with handicap access). The majority of the apartments are large with 1 bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.  3 of the apartments have 2 or 3 bedrooms.

Nygata 24

Nygata 24 is located in the centre of Stavanger city centre. This building houses the former Myhregaarden Hotel. The building consists of 53 hotel rooms; 8 single rooms, 39 double rooms, and 6 executive rooms. The rooms are perfect for short term rentals.

Nygata 24 is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, trains, buses, airport bus and ferry. We have good parking facilities in Jorenholmen parking garage which is located approx. 100 meters away.

The hotel rooms have a style that combines classic with modern design. All rooms are equipped with their own fireplace, which provides good warmth and a pleasant atmosphere. They also have a writing desk with a power outlet so you have the opportunity to work in the room. You can check-in via a check-in machine in the entrance area of Nygata 24. Access to the communal laundry room.

Pedersgata 7

Pedersgata is an exciting street in Stavanger where a lot of exciting things are happening. In Pedersgata you can live, work, eat, cut your hair and have the accounts delivered within 2 minutes walk. Pedersgata has an exciting variety of food and culture from all corners of the world and is a small town in the city that creates a bridge between Stavanger city centre and Stavanger east. It is a short distance to the city centre as well as the city bus and train station.
