During the period 22:00-8:00, our security guards will answer the phone and help with urgent incidents or questions regarding check-in.

• We follow the advice of the Norwegian Institute of Public Health and dedicated employees closely monitor the situation in order to provide the best possible service for our guests.
• We inform you about infection control measures through information posters and labeling.
• We always focus on hygiene and infection control, and our focus has been sharpened now in connection with COVID-19.
• We pay extra attention to our check-in and common areas, as well as contact surfaces that are touched more frequently, and ensure that we clean these areas regularly.
• Our apartments are thoroughly cleaned between each guest, and our cleaning staff use effective chemicals that are also kind to people and nature.
• In our apartments in Oslo, we have packed away decorative pillows, bedspreads and bedspreads in plastic bags that are located on/in the closets. If you wish to use these, you are free to do so, but please do not pack them away again so that we know they have been used during your stay. In Stavanger, we have removed them completely from the apartments.
• If you have booked cleaning during your stay or wish to do this, we still offer this service. Our staff will wear gloves and masks during their visit to your apartment.
• We practice good hand hygiene and keep a distance of 1 meter.
• Staying at home if we feel sick.

• We ask that you follow the advice given by the Norwegian Institute of Public Health and that you keep your distance in our common areas and elevators. If it is full, wait until there is room.

• At our check-in machines you will find antibac available and we ask that you use it.

If you come from abroad and quarantine is required, or if infection is suspected or confirmed, you can stay in your apartment, but avoid contact with other residents and staff. It is required that guests who have symptoms or are infected notify FHA by phone +47 930 10 009 or by email post@frognerhouse.no so that we can take our precautions towards other guests, our staff, and help you as an infected person in the best possible way.
